Refund Policy

Contact needs to be made within five days of receipt of the materials via email to Faye@ReadyReading.com giving details of the reason. We will try to help solve the problem; however if a solution cannot be found and the materials are returned in good condition for resale, a refund may be considered. It should be noted that any refund is subject to a processing fee of $4.00. If we believe that the refund policy is being abused, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
